  • Confirm order and Shipping status

An email confirmation will be sent to you once the order is shipped. After you receive your order confirmation, you may be sent a tracking email if your item is assigned one from the supplier (please allow 1-5 business days for this). However, some items do not come with a tracking code and you will not receive a shipping email - please do not worry though, your order has been processed and will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Otherwise, we will only contact you if there is an issue or discrepancy with your order. Or you can contact us via email.

Remember it is normal if you can not track your order right after you receive it. Please allow 24-48 hours late for your tracking details to update.​ Check your spam folder or Subscribe to our Newsletter to make sure we are able to contact you!

  • Standard Delivery

Although we offer FREE international shipping to ship to e Packet countries, our shipping times vary from location to location. You can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 12-15 business days.

Based on a survey conducted to 2500 participants asking whether they would prefer to pay more for products/shipping or wait a little longer for their items when they can get them at such a competitive price. Overwhelmingly, 83% of respondents answered "prefer to pay less and wait a little longer" for their order and we have decided that we would offer the best prices possible and sacrifice on times taken for shipping. We hope that you understand our reasoning behind the wait times, and if you have any further questions please contact us via the above mentioned email.
